We are a small, but dedicated company, specialising in genuinely unique furniture items, often to third party design companies specifications. We are looking for somebody to join our team, and look to take on responsibility to deliver one off items to a high level specification.

Furniture making and finishing, predominantly in hardwoods. Ability to mill components from rough sawn to PAR to a drawing. General workshop capability, and ability to adapt to various projects. Ready to work with unusual materials and approach problem solving in a proactive manner.

**Responsibilities**

Operation of workshop machinery, hand tools and power tools where required. Able to understand drawings and process information. Dedicated to making sure deadlines are kept and expectations are well managed. Able to understand processes and follow instructions, but equally happy to work alone on certain tasks and projects, whilst managing time.

**Qualifications**

No specific qualifications required, however either good experience with woodworking processes, or relevant qualifications (NVQ Carpentry and Joinery for example), will be ideal. Good communication skills. Please note, we are a progressive company, all genders, beliefs, orientations and backgrounds are welcome - lack of tolerance of any of these will not be welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£13.00 per hour
