RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of the Probation Service for a Health and Justice Partnership Coordinator to be based in the West Midlands.

The overall objective for the Health and Justice Partnership Co-ordinator’s across the region is to reduce recidivism by addressing health related drivers of offending behaviour.

This is a full time, temporary role initially for 8 months and offers a rate of pay of £21.67 PAYE and £28.23 Umbrella.

**Main Duties**:

- As a Health and Justice Partnership Co-ordinator you will contribute to the business targets across the region with a focus upon increasing the use of CSTR’s and improving continuity of care and achieving 75% of all prison leavers being engaged in drugtreatment within 3 weeks of release.
- You will directly contribute to the development of a regional death under supervision action plan to reduce the deaths of our People on Probation. Working in focus groups with people on Probation.
- There will be an expectation to work and travel within different Probation Delivery unit areas within the region and certain Prisons within those areas, travel expenses will be paid.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Extensive experience working with criminal justice and partner agencies.
- Good knowledge of Health and Justice specifically focusing on substance misuse and the continuity of care provisions.
- Experience of working within the Probation Services and/or Prison Services.
- Experience of working with complex people on probation.
