HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE
GUARANTEED QUARTERLY BONUS OF £600 TO £765

This is a role within customer services with no selling involved
In your new role, you will make outbound calls dealing with business customers, securing payment and making arrangements with those in genuine hardship. Using a combination of telephony and correspondence, Collections Agents are responsible for processing andresolving accounts at all recovery stages.
Our client will give you the chance to utilise your excellent customer service skills in a professional and friendly environment. To ensure you become an expert in this field, you will have a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your managerand colleagues to help you succeed
To be shortlisted for this role it is essential that you have the below skills/experience
Experience of using IT systems and packages including Microsoft Applications
Customer Service to include; call centre, retail, hospitality or sales roles
An effective relationship builder, someone who can quickly establish rapport with people
A strong relationship builder who strives to achieve team as well as individual targets

Your basic hourly rate will be paid at £9.50 per hour, however, you will have a guaranteed quarterly bonus between £600 to £765
