Could you help us support volunteers and staff in providing essential advice and support? We are looking for an experienced adviser or advice supervisor to join our Witney based team of Advice Service Coordinators.
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Salary: £28,114 per annum pro rata (rising to £28,614 on successful completion of competence assessment)
- Holiday: 23 days pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata, plus additional long service leave
- Pension: Auto-enrolment workplace pension scheme
- Contract: Permanent Contract
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for providing technical and quality support to our teams of volunteers and staff, and managing our advice sessions. You will be supervising a variety of face to face and/or telephone advice sessions in our Witney Advice Centres as well as supporting remote workers. This role is primarily office based and the hours are to be spread over 3 days.
