We are looking for a Care Home Administrator for a residential home in Coleraine. You will join a growing healthcare provider in the country and be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team. The role is 40 hours per week office based.

**Criteria**:

- Level C or above in English and Math’s GCSE or equivalent
- NVQ2 or higher in administration
- At least 6 months experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent Microsoft Office package skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and use of Google Drive.

**You will**:
1. Build a positive rapport with families and carers, including the staff team and management.

2. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Registered Nurse Manager and team.

3. Ensure all information processed is managed in line with GDPR requirements

4. Time manages workload appropriately to ensure the provision of a quality administration service.

5. Assists in maintaining and updating relevant records and databases.

6. Assist in meeting planning.

7. Understand the health and safety requirements of the role from training, ensuring to report any concerns to management.

8. To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures and to report any concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

9. Take part in the training and development activities in order to carry out the role safely and successfully.

10. To take part and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.
