**About Our Client**:
Leading organisation within the business services industry dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The business is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Team Leader to lead a group of dedicated HR Advisors. As a HR Team Leader you will be responsible for:
**Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Advisors to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service.

**Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Training and Development**: Conduct ongoing training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with skills and knowledge of ER and HR policies.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to uphold service excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Customer Escalations**: Handle escalated HR and Employee Relation queries, resolving problems promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

**Recruitment**:Work with the internal talent acquisition team to recruit and interview HR Advisors to join the team.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Team Leader will have:

- Proven experience in a fast paced environment, such as contact centre, retail or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and Employee Relations procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership: Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their best.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
