- We are currently seeking 6 x Skilled Fitters to join our Operations Department within our HS Marston facility in Wolverhampton.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Understand and interpret Engineering Drawings
- Adhere to Technical Specifications
- Assemble & test product
- Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety requirements
- Behave ethically at all times
- Identify & contribute to Continuous Improvement activities
- Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics)
- Maintain LOT Traceability

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- City & Guilds or equivalent in Sheet Metal Work
- Experience in hand fabrication
- Minimal PC experience (to access drawings / labour collection)
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an advantage
- Must be able to work within a team environment
- Willingness to be Flexible and Adaptable
- Good Communication Skills
