**Job Summary**:
The core hours for this role will be 18 hours per week, spread over 3 week days: Tuesday, Friday and one other to be confirmed. Overtime will be available where required and to cover the Store Manager's leave; this will include some Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about storage unit sizes, pricing, and facility features.
- Address customer enquiries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.

**Leasing and Rental Transactions**:

- Process new rentals, lease renewals, and payments accurately.
- Conduct unit inspections and ensure cleanliness and readiness for new rentals.
- Explain and enforce facility policies and procedures to customers.

**Facility Maintenance**:

- Perform routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the facility, including common areas and storage units.

**Security and Safety**:

- Monitor security systems and implement security procedures.
- Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or security concerns.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members and the Store Manager to achieve operational and commercial goals.

**Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or property management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and using management software, including use of Microsoft Office products.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10,707.84 per year

Expected hours: 18 per week
