Leo Gym and Yoga studio is a rapidly growing boutique luxury wellness facility in Marlow. Leo Cafe is at the heart of our community, offering a social space for our members and serving premium quality wellness drinks and snacks. We are looking for someone with previous experience in this environment, to join our growing team on a temporary basis for the remainder of this year, but could grow into a permanent role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach - Maintain a passionate and enthusiastic approach to the café, providing exceptional customer service.
- Quality - Demonstrate attention to detail by ensuring all products are made efficiently, with exceptional presentation and to our very high standards.
- Cleanliness - Ensure the cafe maintains the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene at all times.
- Stock Ordering & Control - Making sure sufficient stock is available on a day to day basis.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who has worked in customer service and has previous café experience, with an incredible attention to detail.

The ability to make barista level coffees and professional smoothies using the recipes and standards provided.

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: £7.92-£12.02 per hour
