**Salary**:£35,244 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance**

We are looking for an early career researcher to be part of our UKRI/EU Horizon funded research project Gender Empowerment through Politics in Classrooms (G-EPIC). The applicant would primarily support the principal investigator, Professor Bryony Hoskins, in the work packages supporting and evaluating classroom teacher interventions and experiments that have been designed to increase girls’ confidence in their political voice and to undertake wider research within the research project with (Co-I) Professor Leah Bassel as required.

We are looking for a motivated researcher who has recently completed or just about to complete their PhD in a relevant field with a good knowledge of quantitative research methods and in particular experimental design. We are interested in applicants with experience of working with teachers and or schools. This position is available from the beginning of April and is on a fixed term contract to January 2026.
