Senior Admin & Sales Support

Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 (experience dependent)

20 Days Paid Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

We are currently recruiting for a full time Senior Administrator to work in Stisted, Braintree, Essex.

You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm totalling 40 hours a week (with 1hr lunch). This is a permanent position.

To provide a professional, confidential, and comprehensive administration service and support sales.

The provision of an efficient & effective Administration Support service covering the full range of duties including creating & maintaining records, arranging appointments, producing reports & updating databases, supporting sales and the general day to day running of the business.
- To ensure the efficient production & transmission of OH reports in accordance with agreed timescales
- To provide a first point of contact telephone service for OH.
- The provision of general administrative support to the clinical and non-clinical individuals
- To request and raise invoices.
- The ability to deal with potentially distressing content in confidential medical reports

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a customer-focused service in a confidential environment.
- Ability to work as a supportive member of a team as well as to work under own initiative.
- Good IT Skills, including One Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to quickly gain a good understanding and to learn and use bespoke industry based IT software.
- Good problem solving, organisational and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise a range of related duties, under pressure, to meet deadlines/targets
- Ability to work in a multi discipline, confidential environment with sensitive material

Experience in a clinical / medical environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
