We are now recruiting for the role of a Barista to be part of a fast growing coffee business dedicated to creating experiences to remember for our guests, partners and teams.Responsibilities of the Role:
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation-
- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible-
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun**Requirements**:
- 1 year in a fast paced hospitality operation-
- Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain consistent shot time-
- Latte art skills-
- Be an excellent communicator with a can do attitude-
- Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
