We’re looking for a Clinical Receptionist to join our busy Raynes Park Clinic on Mondays.

**Receptionist**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

The Receptionist will have a passion for maintaining high standards at Pure Sports Medicine. The successful post holder will be responsible for:

- Opening and closing premises (Shift pattern includes early and late).
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors, routing of patients on arrival
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing appointment booking and practitioner diaries
- Dealing with telephone and online enquiries
- Registering of patients, and data entry of patient information
- Handling point of contact payment (invoicing and receipting)
- Processing all insurance company invoicing
- Collect outstanding patient debts
- Management of the waiting room and general clinic environment
- Managing incoming deliveries
- Leaving reception area tidy and ready for an incoming colleague, together with information regarding unresolved or urgent problems
- Attend staff meetings and company events as required
- Any other duties which may be required and agreed with the Organisation.

Experience: 2 years

**Job Types**: Part time - Mondays only

Schedule: alternating: 07:15 to 16:15 or 11:15 to 20:15

**Salary**: £5,170 per annum

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 9 per week
