As a Senior Trainer within operations, you will be instrumental in delivering our new starter training remotely and face to face. You will support with the roll out of any new programmes and initiatives that support our branch colleagues across the UK. Additionally, you will work alongside our existing colleagues providing them one to one coaching, refresher training and offering your expert knowledge along the way. You conduct analysis on training attendance and provide monthly / quarterly reporting on it. Working closely with the Regional Operations Directors, the rest of the Performance and Skills team and People Management.

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years training experience
- Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clear driving record as travel is required
- Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
