This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our friendly Radiotherapy team, Radiotherapy is the safe use of radiation to treat patients diagnosed with cancer.

- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills as first point of contact for patients/carers and visitors.
- To answer telephone enquiries in an efficient manner and ensure appropriate follow through using initiative to deal with routine enquiries and referring complex queries to the relevant members of staff
- Assist patients and their families with general and personal care maintaining privacy and dignity in line with Trust policy.
- Complete clinical support duties within scope and competency
- Act as chaperone for clinic appointments,
- Undertake general administrative duties eg scanning documents,
- Manage and organise consultants/Radiographer review/ new patient clinics
