Graduate Trainee Lecturer salary:
Starting salary £25915 (year 1) - £27715 per annum (year 2)

Salary progression up to £37401 post qualification

Internship placement salary:
£22,699 (pro rata) £11.64 per hour

Lincoln College encompasses Lincoln and Newark Colleges, which deliver technical training courses, apprenticeships, T Levels, A Levels, Higher Education degrees and commercial training to around 12,000 students and apprentices every year.

- Graduate Trainee Lecturers will be employed by Lincoln College on permanent contract of employment with competitive starting salaries and opportunities for progression.
