Temporary Greenkeeper

Job Overview:
Swaffham Golf Club is seeking a temporary part time Greenkeeper to join our team for 3 months. As a Greenkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our golf course and surrounding grounds. If you have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the beauty and functionality of our club.

**Duties**:

- Maintain the golf course by mowing, edging, and watering to ensure optimal playing conditions.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and pruning to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds.
- Use hand tools and power tools proficiently to carry out various maintenance and repair tasks.
- Conduct grounds keeping duties including litter picking, leaf blowing, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in landscaping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

22.5 hours per week

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £8.60-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
