**HR Consultant (Part-time)**

Chicken Cottage is seeking a Part Time HR Consultant to provide an effective and efficient HR service.

**Your new role**
- You will be responsible for HR - L&D, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Recruitment, Appraisals Management and other generalist activities.
- You will be responsible for supporting the business and be a trusted advisor to the Directors and management teams.
- You will be managing all HR matters across all companies in the group and act as the day-to-day contact for all employees.
- Liaise with the Head of Finance and our outsourcing Payroll providers regarding staff salaries, invoices and other payments.
- Skills & Experience BS degree in Human Resources or related field or CIPD qualification MA degree in Human Resources.
- Keen to hear from experienced freelancers who currently work on a self-employed basis.
- Immediate start available.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- You will need to have 2 years proven experience working at Management level and managing the full HR lifecycle.
- You will need to be confident in a leading position of the department and preferably be CIPD qualified.

**Job Types**: Part-time - 3 days a week.

Salary - £18.00 - £20.00 an hour depending on experience

Location: Croydon - Homeworking with some requirement to come to office for meetings and for your new starter induction.

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour
