The Repairs Planner/ coordinator main duties include supporting the managers with planning all aspects of responsive repair works for social housing, dealing with residents, operatives and sub
- contractors, working within IT systems, managing operative’s diaries and general data input and administration.
Skills/experience required:
Experience in planning resource within a dynamic scheduling environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, telephone skills and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise own workload, deal with conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
