We’re hiring for an Insights Executive to join the Audience Insights Team.

Purpose of the Role

As Insights Executive you’ll support the delivery of research projects, using a range of data sources and techniques (e.g. surveys, audience insights, and social listening), delivering to internal key stakeholders as well as Dentsu clients.

The position is in a fast moving and dynamic team. Deadlines can often be tight and therefore we require someone who is able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. Given the rapidly changing media landscape we welcome pro-active suggestions on how to continually improve our product offering and part of the role would be to get involved in helping develop our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of consumer insight and effectiveness research projects from end to end - responsibilities include liaising with third party suppliers; client handling; questionnaire/discussion guide writing; project set up, testing and checking; analysis and reporting.
- Reporting and analysis of various data sources, including social media, bespoke surveys, and consumer surveys; adding meaningful insight and market context to findings.
- Support new business pitch research and help to sell research and effectiveness projects to Dentsu clients - usually through a combination of internal meetings, client meetings and written proposals.
- Support dentsu Creative in finding data-driven insights that assist in their client deliverables.

Qualifications + Skills
- Experience using of qualitative and quantitative research techniques (e.g surveys)
- Experience with or knowledge of social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Socialbakers) and techniques
- Able to manage multiple projects from end to end
- Able to structure and communicate insights with clarity and simplicity using a multitude of data sources
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
