You will need to be a self-starter, have exceptional communication skills so you can build key relationships though all levels of the business.

**HR Admin Assistant duties**:

- Managing the full onboarding process.
- Administrating the pension scheme.
- Assisting and administrating
- Learning and Development requirements.
- Monthly reporting.
- Administrating the payroll.
