We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join us and play a vital role in the marketing team, responsible for executing the content planner, managing paid ad campaigns in collaboration with local hotels, and supporting the PR team. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of two renowned hospitality brands while gaining valuable experience in social media marketing.

Malmaison & Hotel du Vin have 37 inspiring lifestyle hotels across the two exceptional brands within the UK. In this role you will work within our internal marketing team assisting in the co-ordination of social media activities for both brands. You will be responsible for scheduling content for all our hotel social media platforms, to ensure consistent and on brand messaging. You will have a passion for social media and PR and want to use this opportunity to expand your knowledge whilst helping to drive content and standards, whilst collaborating effectively with the hotel teams.

**What are we looking for?**
- Passion for all things social media, content and community engagement.
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
- Ideally, experience in social media content co-ordination and enjoys keeping up to date with social media trends.
- Passion for restaurants, bars, hotels and the general hospitality scene within the UK.
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A strong team player with an adaptable working style, highly computer literate and able to quickly pick up and use new systems/software.
- Great level of written and spoken English, and a love of copywriting.
- Confident, creative, and eager to contribute your own ideas and thoughts.
- Highly motivated and results driven individual, passionate about achieving results.
- Self-motivated, however equally strong and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, great eye for detail, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Systems literate, to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Any experience of Hootsuite, Canva and Meta Business Suite would be advantageous.
- This role will require travel to our London head office and our hotels across the country, so an ability and willingness to travel is required.
