**The Role**:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and processes. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organisation.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
**Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies in handling sensitive employee information.

**Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Coordinate pre-employment checks, such as background checks, right to work and references.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, and setting up employee profiles in HR systems.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee separations, including exit interviews, paperwork processing, and updating records.

**HR Systems and Documentation**:

- Maintain HR databases and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis as needed.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

We are seeking an individual who brings a hands-on approach to their work with previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Human Resources department

**Key Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
- CIPD Level 3, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
