Dental Receptionist

We are a busy NHS and Private dental practice looking for a full time dental receptionist. (35-38 hours per week) Dental experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
**Key Tasks**
- Understand the vision and brand message for the practice
- Receive and deal with patients and visitors in a pleasant and prompt manner
- Telephone management including booking and rescheduling appointments in accordance with practice policies
- Forward planning diaries for clinician, booking appointments and collecting consent and medical history forms
- Processing payments and recording daily takings
- Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers and other organisations as required, keeping records of laboratory work in and out
- Follow all practice systems and procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times

**Applicants should have**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time keeping and attendance record
- Cash handling, reconciliation experience
- Problem solving skills
- Good teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Dental reception or general reception experience preferred but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
