This role will be offered on a 6 month contract with the opportunity of becoming permanent.
6 week probation period.
You will report directly to the Sales & Operations Manager
Hours: 22.5 hours per week.
Monday - Friday 10am-3.30pm
£1,200 per month

**Duties**:

- **Service Plan Sales**: One of the key roles for our Sales Support member will be contacting our existing clients and offering them our new Service Plan. Commission will be provided on this service based off set targets.
- **Order Processing**: Assist in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers and maintaining order records. We utilize Quickbooks online software so previous knowledge is a bonus.
- **Sales Coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team & project managers to coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and communication history.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales Reporting**: Help maintain the sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics, identify sales trends, and support decision-making by the sales team.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in the coordination of marketing activities, such as preparing promotional materials, participating in trade shows, and managing social media channels.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing documents, organizing sales materials, and maintaining inventory levels.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our products and services, and relay this information to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Support the sales team in various ad hoc projects, such as market research, competitor analysis, and sales campaign planning.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
