**All In Black Venues **are recruiting for experienced **Security Officers** for a Luxury Hotel based in the **Hitchin, Hertfordshire area.**

This position requires **Security Officers** to join our team for **Wedding Receptions and parties** at the Hotel.

**Security Officers** will be confident to deal with any conflict situations, have excellent communication and customer service skills when speaking to guests and clients.

**Skills / Qualities required**:

- **Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence**:

- Confident to approach and resolve conflict
- Friendly and welcoming; you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests
- Previous experience within the security industry or similar position is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Work well as part of a team and as an individual
- Must be able to commit to schedule shifts

**Due to the location of the position, Security Officers will be required to have their own vehicle to travel to the venue.**

**Rate of Pay & Hours**:

- **Rate of pay**:£12 to 13 per hour
- **Minimum of 7 hours per shift**:

- This position will be for **weekends, **however you must be flexible to also work **weekdays as and when required.**

- You must be able to provide a full 5 year checkable work history_
- You must be able to show all Right to Work documentation_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Door Supervisor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
- Driving Licence & Own Vehicle (required)
