Our Cattery Team is responsible for delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and care for every cat in their journey through Battersea. From a calm and compassionate intake, to providing feline friendly care whilst they are onsite and finally to rehoming them to loving new homes.

We are now looking for a Rehoming and Welfare Assistant to join our cattery team at Old Windsor. You will ensure all cattery facilities meet our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and undertake all husbandry tasks for our cats. You will support the cats in our care through carrying out all husbandry tasks, including feeding, cleaning, and providing enrichment for our cats. This opportunity plays an important role in facilitating the journey of cats through Battersea by providing accurate and current information on our database systems.

Everyday will be different and will come with its own unique challenges. We are looking for people with the resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role. It is important to note that the role does involve a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
