JOB SUMMARY/MAIN PURPOSE:
The post holder will have responsibility for carrying out reception duties including serving customers at reception, answering the telephone, taking bookings and all administrative duties. From March - October there will be one hour of cleaning duties per day in amenities building.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred but not essential.
- Of a cheerful disposition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Solid Written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and Pro-active
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Multi-tasking, time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer Service Attitude

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception Duties
- Meet and greet customers and all persons entering the reception area.
- Answer the telephones, taking messages, bookings and deposits
- Take caravan warranty repairs, assist with caravan handovers.
- Keep reception desk area tidy and organised, presenting a professional image.
- Make tea or coffee when requested for visitors to the office.
- Help owners with any duties required for the successful running of the business

HOURS of WORK:
March to October inclusive - 24 hours - Tuesday, Wednesday 9.30am
- 4pm, Friday 9.30am
- 4.30pm. Saturday 10am-4pm.

November-February inclusive - 10 hours, split between 3 mornings. No weekend work.

£12 per hour

OTHER DUTIES:
1. At all times provide a customer focused service and to treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner.

2. Demonstrate their commitment by their regular attendance and the efficient completion of all tasks allocated to them.

3. Carry out their duties and responsibilities in compliance with Health and Safety Statutory Regulations.

4. Adhere to Equality and Good Relations duties throughout the course of their employment.

5. To assist in the management of customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution for all parties.

6. Represent the company when required.

7. Any other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
