Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting with the recruitment of two part-time Receptionists for a large organisation based near Witham.

You will be professional and have excellent communication skills, dealing with visitors face-to-face and via telephone. You will enjoy a fast paced busy environment and be confident dealing with several tasks.

**Duties will include;**
- Providing efficient customer service and deal with customers enquiries professionally and to a high standard
- Provide induction training for new staff on health and fire safety
- Oversee the pool car fleet
- Manage all stationary orders
- Coordinate room bookings and set up for meetings
- Manage car parking
- Deal with all mail
- Upload various data into internal systems

You will have strong Word and Excel skills and be confident learning new internal systems.

Hours are fixed:
Position 1 - Monday -Tuesday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Position 2 - Wednesday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
