Strong computer skills are essential. Ownership of excel spreadsheets, scheduled tasks

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.

Initiative, attention to detail, oversight, self-motivated and sense of ownership.

Key Duties

Managing all core operational spreadsheets for POs, invoicing systems and maintaining them

Speaking with clients, to support PO and payment information

Receiving and reviewing course feedback and saving feedback records

Creating online surveys

Creating registers for webinar courses

Setting up Zoom/Teams meetings

Updating Management Systems with client information, checking all is current and accurate

Supporting fellow Business and Trainer Support team members
