We are recruiting for an additional Labourer to join the team on our development at Vernon Street, Ashton Under Lyne. This is a fixed term contract lasting until the development is complete. The rate of pay is £10 an hour less tax and NI, 40 hours per week, 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You'll receive 33 days annual leave entitlement including 8 UK bank holidays pro rata and company pension enrolment.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you must be able to work and perform in a safe and conscientious manner, adapt and complete a variety of tasks which could include manual handling, cleaning our properties, mixing mortar, checking off deliveries against paperwork, assisting the various trades on site, signing visitors in and out of the site and general site house keeping. You must be a good communicator and work well as part of a team.

Previous labouring experience is necessary, CSCS card is preferred. Further training and PPE will also be provided. You must be able to attend a company induction at our Head Office in Salford prior to starting on site.
