**Salary: £20k - £36k per year, DOE**

**Job Type**:Full-time, Part-time hours, 35 per week, Permanent**

**The Client**:
Our client has a long history of residential and commercial work. They specialize in the residential sector and offer innovative design and a sensitive attitude which is appreciated by their clientele.

**The Role**:
They now have a requirement for an **Architectural Technologist** to join the team because of the ever expanding number of clients and projects.

**Duties**:

- Production of relevant plans and documents in support of planning submissions.
- Managing projects on site.
- Handling queries when they arise.
- Liaising with planners on planning related matters as and when required.
- Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
- Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department in a residential background or new build.
- Preferred Architectural graduate qualification.
- Minimum 3 years AutoCAD experience.
- 5 GCSE grade 4 or above including maths and English.
- Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages.
