**Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator**

**Richmond or Twickenham areas**

**Salary: Basic £18k - £32k OTE approx. £35k - £55k (depending on experience)**

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 6pm & Saturdays 9.30am - 4.30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)

and working on a three-week rolling rota, working six days on week one, five days on week two and five days on week three.

**Personal Specification**:

- A proven track record as a negotiator (This is NOT A TRAINEE POSITION)
- Have excellent inter-personnel skills
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced, target-driven environment
- Have persuasive communication skills
- Be motivated by results and a job well done
- Hold a full, clean driving licence and own transport l
- Live close to the area and be familiar with the area.
- Have good IT and administration skills
- Be passionate about Lettings and working in Property
- A person seeking with a career in mind, interested in gaining property qualifications, rather than just a stepping-stone to their next job
