Would you like to gain experience in the social services, whilst giving back to your community?

We are currently looking for the right people to join our team. For over 25 years we have worked with homeless charities up and down the UK, working to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness.

We are looking for some night owls, who can stay awake all night, and still have some energy left to communicate with the day staff in the morning. We are looking for people with empathy and patience, people who appreciate that when people are down on their luck, they don’t always behave appropriately. On top of that we are looking for people who are confident and calm, you may have to work alone, so being calm in an emergency is a must.

No previous experience is required, but you must have these skills. Your own transport is preferred but now always essential. Do you have what it takes to help the fight against homelessness in Lincoln?

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
