**The Role**:
The Washington dealership are looking for an Service Driver to join our team of professionals. They will be responsible for carrying out service and repair work to vehicles, efficiently and safely and to complete repair orders to manufacturers' standards and customers' satisfaction. You must demonstrate a willingness to learn and foster strong working relationships with your colleagues; functioning as a team player.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:

- To make deliveries and collections for customers, their vehicles and courtesy cars.
- To assist with movements in accordance with all site’s requirements.
- To assist with internal site moves.
- To assist with the parking management.
- Customer facing, managing customer’s expectations of great service.
- To be able to comply with and maintain Company policies, standards and procedures.
- To be able to show a quality in customer care within the business.
- To be able to show great Team Spirit.
- To be able to work on your own initiative.
- You must be able to demonstrate a willingness to foster strong working relationships.
- Must be able to function as a team player who is willing to accept responsibility.
- To be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- To be able to follow instruction.

**KEY TASKS**
- Must be able to welcome all visitors to the site giving support and guidance as required.
- Ensure all keys are returned to the key cupboard and that the cupboard is locked at all times.
- To be able assist with movement of vehicles on and off site as required.
- To be able assist customers with parking where necessary.
- To assist with the parking management.
- To assist with internal and external site moves.
- To be able to complete documentation.
- To be able to be reactive.
- To be able to support others on request.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be aware of the importance of good customer service.
- Collect cars from customers for servicing or repair.
- Ensure all vehicles are locked when vacated.
- Make deliveries and collection of vehicles as requested.
- Supporting role on site car parking.
- Ensure vehicle checks are done prior to collection.
- Report any damage to vehicles via your line Management.
- Customer facing, to support all visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Be able to assist in all reasonable management request which may include.
- Be able to assist in the movement and transportation of goods and vehicles as requested.

**Salary**:£23,880
