**Job description**

General maintenance of residential gardens and a small estate. Lawn cutting and weeding. Grass paddock care and cutting, including fence repair and maintenance. Surface harrowing and manual raking, Tractor driving experience preferred although not essential. Hedge cutting, strimming and leaf blowing, with experience needed in the associated tools and machinery. General repairs and maintenance of facilities and outbuildings.

The role will be to work alongside an existing employee as part of a general team. You should however be prepared to work alone and on your own initiative. The work is mainly outside in all weathers. Good level of fitness needed. Full driving licence and own transport required. References will be requested.

**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year
