Service and Installation Coordinator

A well-established London-based security systems and home automation company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service and Installation Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join their team based in Enfield.

Prior experience is necessary; however, no qualifications are required by the company.

They are a specialist in installing state-of-the-art intruder alarms, networked CCTV, IP door entry, access control systems, TV Systems and smart home automation systems in and around London.

**About the Role**
- To plan and coordinate service and small installation works for engineers
- Liaising with Managers & Directors to ensure smooth running of service and small installation works

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient, and effective service
- Maintain a positive image of the company, through high standards of customer communications
- Planning and organising of labour for service calls & small works
- Ordering equipment with Procurement manager & tracking deliveries to ensure all materials are in on time for jobs booked
- Ensure all documentation is in place ready for service calls & small installations
- Ensure engineers are fully completing their reports following visits
- Supplying company specifications and quotations to clients
- Updating the CASH system with all documentation where required
- Client satisfaction follow-ups and communication to provide the company with an analysis of performance and identify ways to improve company processes
- Regularly updating M.D. with project status requests and preparing daily report for the Director

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- No qualifications required
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in a Security Systems company preferred
- Training will be provided in their procedures and specialist in-house software
