An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader to join the North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership. You will have clinical and operational management for the complex packages of care within the community and to offer clinical expertise and support to care home residents within North Ayrshire. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to develop and take this role forward.

As Clinical Team leader, you will provide professional and clinical leadership, support, guidance and empowerment and you will be responsible for maximising service provision, including the delivery of safe, effective, person centred care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, develop and lead. You will be a Registered General Nurse and have a Specialist Practitioner Qualification.

Full driving licence and car owner essential.

**Hours**: 37.5 per week.
