German Speaking Administrator

Are you a fluent speaker of German and English and are wanting to work in an engaging administrative environment? If so then we have an amazing opportunity for you Our client, one of the world's largest department retailers, is currently looking for a Germanspeaker to join their Facilities Management department. In this role you will be providing administrative support to the different teams within the department. This role is based in an amazing new office in Watford on a hybrid scheme. You would be joininga dynamic and supportive team with lots of room to grow and enhance your skills, full training will be provided.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Front end Facilities Management administration tasks such as: reviewing KPI performance, arranging business reviews, and coordinating between stores and contractors
- Back end Facilities Management administration tasks such as: reviewing work on the Portal on supplier orders, invoicing and billing, and receipting POs
- Supporting Managers with travel, meetings, and record keeping
**Profile**:
- Possess fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Previous experience in administration
- Relevant work experience in a facilities or system management environment is a bonus
- Good excel skills
