Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the organization's financial operations and transactions
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and laws
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
