_**Are you an aspiring teacher looking for a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the classroom? **_

We at The Supply Room are currently on the lookout for a Graduates to fill Teaching Assistant positions, available to work in Primary or Secondary schools in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole area.

If you choose to work with us, you can expect a full-time ongoing contract and a competitive pay rate of £75 to £85 per day. These roles are between the sociable hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be assisting in the classroom, helping to deliver engaging, effective lessons that challenge pupils academically and push development based on individual needs. On occasions you will be working 1:1 with students displaying additional complex needs, providing them the extra support they require for their individual progress.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults’, and be a graduate aspiring to gain invaluable experience in the classroom. This can also be fantastic experience before going on to complete your PGCE to become a teacher. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
