We’re seeking a reliable dental receptionist with a positive attitude to join our close-knit team.

- **Patient Queries**: Whether on the phone or in person, you’ll patiently address patient questions and concerns.
- **Booking Mastery**: Keeping our appointment book full ensures efficient patient care.
- **Appointment Reminders**: A friendly call to remind patients of upcoming appointments is part of your daily routine.
- **Payment Handling**: Skillfully manage payments, whether by card or cash.
- **Team Communication**: Effective collaboration with dentists, nurses, and management keeps everything running smoothly.
- **Tidy Spaces**: Maintaining the non-clinical areas ensures a pleasant environment for everyone.
- **Patient Records**: Accurate record-keeping is essential for quality care.

About Us:
We’re a private dental practice that also provides NHS treatments. Our long-term patients appreciate our personalized care. Currently, we’re looking for a part-time receptionist who’s open to taking on some admin tasks. Our flexible hours (around 20 per week) allow for work-life balance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
