_**The company**_

A luxury hotel, 2AA rosette restaurant, bar, spa, and wedding venue located in beautiful south Suffolk. Currently 10 bedrooms, expanding to 15 later this year.
- **The job**_

As Receptionist you will be the face of the business; welcoming guests and ensuring that they receive the highest levels of service. Your role will take you around the building, not stuck on the front desk, as you check standards, act as a host for the restaurant, and cover the spa reception. We have a dedicated reception team and, typically, you will always be working alongside someone on shift.

Experience in a customer-facing role, with exemplary levels of service

A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.

Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Experience using Guestline, ResLinks, or ResDiary an advantage but not essential
- **Where you'll be based**_

The hotel is based on the outskirts of Hadleigh in beautiful rural south Suffolk
- **What you'll receive**_
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum including tips
- Full time employment, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis
- Working 5 days from 7; shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
- An opportunity to grow with the business as it expands
- 28 days annual leave
