**Job Title**:Lecturer in Esports

**Contract**:Permanent Fractional position (0.5) Contract

**Location**:City Centre Campus

**Salary**: £22,583 - £44,444 per annum pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Esports Lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College. The role will require the appointed applicant to teach Esports at level 1, 2 and 3 topics including Streaming, Esports Events, Enterprise, Health and Wellbeing, and the Welsh Baccalaureate Skills Challenge.

To thrive in this role, you will have a relevant Degree, excellent business experience and prior teaching experience. You will be innovative, creative and dynamic both inside and outside the classroom, able to work well under pressure and able to demonstrate initiative.

Welsh language skills would be desirable for this post.

Your employment with Cardiff and Vale College will also be dependent on suitable reference checks, before you are able to commence employment, Cardiff and Vale College must have received two references, one being from your present or most recent employer.
