Identifying maintenance issues, upgrade opportunities and reporting action points.

Completing Inspection Reports on site and submitting via a designated app.

Liaising with Maintenance and Property management team to complete required list of inspections each day.

Carrying out various office related tasks.
- Smart, Professional Appearance.

Ability to meet required deadlines.

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to Learn.

Self-Motivation.

Training will be provided.

This role involves driving to different sites all day, a desk will be provided in our office premises when required.

Company Car will be provided to carry out inspections, Mobile phone and Tablet will be provided.
