Greenwich, United Kingdom University of Greenwich Full time

Apprenticeships play a key part in the University’s 2030 strategy ‘Education without Boundaries’ and we have ambitious plans to grow our apprenticeship provision across all faculties. We are looking to appoint an experienced MIS/ILR individual to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ILR, including the monthly mandatory return to the ESFA.

This is a new role within the Apprenticeship hub that sits in the Directorate of Employability and Apprenticeships, and there is scope to develop new and scale existing operating procedures.

You will ensure that data and claims records are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner and data meets ESFA data quality requirements, including the validation and accuracy of all PDSAT and FRM reports and resolving of D-Lock errors.

You will have a thorough knowledge and experience in the production and submission of this return including data collection, data quality, ILR coding and production of the final file.

You need to be able to form good working relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders and be committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes to the returns.

You will also be the primary point of contact for employers who encounter difficulty or require assistance with their digital levy account.

Please note, there is a minimum requirement of 2 days a week working onsite, one of which will be a fixed day at the Greenwich Campus, the other day is flexible.
