Our IT Project Management team are first class leaders of change bringing digital enhancements to the Trust so we want someone who is bold and enthusiastic and can organise to perfection. With great customer relations skills, being calm under pressure, supporting our Trust staff quickly and efficiently.

As a member of our close knit team, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own.

You will work within the Programme Management Office (PMO) within Enterprise Wide Applications.

You will have experience in supporting IT projects and willing to work with specialities and leaders across the organisation, ensuring they have the right systems and support to do their job. Needing to respond to changing NHS England and Trust demands, you’ll be able to work well under pressure and retain/relay information accurately. Don’t worry, we know it sounds scary but there’s a whole induction package behind it. The role isn’t for the faint hearted and it is essential you are a quick learner, able to prioritise and undertake numerous tasks simultaneously.

To support Project Managers with defined projects, ensuring all stakeholders and project teams have a clear understanding of the objectives, timescales and their responsibilities such that the required outcomes are achieved using relevant project management methodologies as appropriate.

To provide advice and ongoing support for projects under the Digital & Health Informatics vision including post-delivery, such that systems remain effective, secure and available to Trust and the wider health community as needed, including performance reporting and troubleshooting.

Support the Programme Management Office in the development of the current and future state analysis in line with the overarching programme deliverables.
