**Cambridge Regional College **have an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join our Construction team at our Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full-time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between **£18,048 - £20,413 per annum, plus staff benefits.**

**About the role**:
We are seeking a self-motivated and confident individual to support activities within our busy Construction Workshops.
Preparation of workshop areas and resources is key to our students learning, and you will be able to work on your own initiative to ensure tools and materials are in the right place at the right time.
Working alongside teaching colleagues you will be key to the smooth running of practical classes.
You will need to be able to demonstrate practical skills in a construction related trade, and have knowledge of the associated tools, equipment and materials used.
Experience of a similar role within further education would be advantageous, although full training will be given.
The post holder should have good interpersonal skills, administrative and communication skills, be organised and able to meet deadlines.
