As a Sales Representative at Revite Architectural and Structural Engineering, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and fostering client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our services align with their goals. Your industry experience and strong communication skills will be critical in achieving success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients' architectural, construction, or real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.

2. **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

3. **Product and Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on our company's services and industry trends.
- Educate clients on the value and benefits of our architectural and engineering solutions.

**4. **Customer Service**:

- Ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely follow-ups.

5. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in the construction, architectural, or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering services is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
