- **Hours**:37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days rota)

**Why we need you...**

We are looking for a **Park Warden **to help in the daily running and maintenance of our Holiday Park. This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy working outdoors (in all weathers) and would like to do this in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. You will need a 'hands on' approach, 'can do' attitude and be able to work with confidence to independently resolve issues before they escalate.

**What you'll do...**
- To oversee the siting of guests onto their designated pitch and to ensure that they vacate their pitch by the stated time
- To assist in securing the Park and buildings and to make sure that only genuine guests remain on Park
- To be available after Reception has closed for the late check in of guests and in case of emergency
- To support the day to day maintenance and running of the park
- Ensure that the rules and policies of the Park are observed and to politely remind Guests of any breaches
- Patrol all areas on a regular and systematic basis
- Administer first aid (_training will be provided_)
- Maintain the touring pitches to a high standard i.e. cutting grass, strimming and painting
- To regularly check the facility blocks for cleanliness including the top up of amenities
- Support other departments in quiet periods, predominantly the Estates Team

**What you'll bring...**

**Experience**:

- Experience of maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience in any environment
- Some time spent in a customer facing environment
- Comfort with and experience in dealing with and de-escalating conflicts
- This role requires you to have a full, clean driving licence._

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- A flexible attitude and willingness to help other departments where necessary
- Self-motivated, hands on approach to work
